Question:

What do I do if my purchased account is not activated?

Answer:
Due to an on-site glitch, some of our instant delivery accounts are no longer activated. Accounts that are not activated cannot make trades or send items so this must be fixed in order for you to obtain your products. In order to activate the account, you need to change the email address associated with the account to a valid email address. Upon doing so and verifying the email address, the account will be activated and you can then proceed to obtain your purchase.
