Question:

What do I do if my purchased account has an invalid password or birthday?

Answer:
This is a rare occurrence, but due to the volume of orders that we deal with an invalid account occasionally goes unnoticed by our staff. If this is the case, please do not worry! We will issue you a free replacement account. All you need to do is submit a contact form stating the account information that is invalid and your order ID. We will email you a replacement account ASAP (we have staff online daily to deal with issues of this sort)! Please note that we can tell if an account has been accessed and if you were already able to obtain your purchase.
